Design Update 2026.06.07
This Main-Level Floor Plan illustrates the first iteration of the proposed design following the incorporation of the client's initial round of feedback. Key revisions to the main level include:
Master Suite Enhancement: The primary bathroom has been reconfigured to accommodate a dual-entry interior shower that extends seamlessly to a private outdoor spa, strengthening the connection between interior and exterior wellness spaces.
Look-Out Terrace Addition: A new Look-Out Terrace has been introduced as a transitional outdoor space, creating a subtle separation between the active pool terrace and the more private outdoor areas associated with the primary suite.
Pool Terrace Reconfiguration: The pool has been redesigned to incorporate a centrally located hot tub, integrated in-pool seating surrounding the sunken bar, and an expanded tanning shelf that blends with the surrounding landscape and architectural features.
Service Area Optimization: The Laundry Room has been relocated closer to the bedroom wing for improved functionality, while the former laundry space has been repurposed as a spacious walk-in pantry serving the kitchen and entertainment areas.
The Lower-Level Floor Plan reflects several programmatic enhancements intended to improve functionality and support the amenities located above. Key revisions to the lower level include:
Expanded Storage Capacity – A substantial storage area has been added adjacent to the vertical circulation lobby, providing convenient access from both the elevator and stair core.
Dedicated Mechanical Room – A new mechanical room has been incorporated beneath the sunken kitchen/bar area on the main level to accommodate pool equipment and related building systems, improving operational efficiency while keeping service functions discreetly integrated within the design.
